Thousands of backpackers and sun-worshippers made their annual Christmas Day pilgrimage to Sydney's most famous summer playground, Bondi Beach to enjoy Christmas Day. Wearing Santa hats and playing soccer among sun bathers, everyone was pleased to be out in the sun. Usually seen in the more traditional red clothing suited for world travels, Bondi Beach's Santa was made of sand and kept a tight hold of his red flip flops.
