This documentary tells the story about a Russian man, Dimitri, who became well known, almost celebrity, in Bondi for his physical presence and his unique way of training. The outdoor gym is dubbed Dimitris office because of his constant presence in there. The sign on a brick wall beside that outdoor gym reads Dimitris office. Besides the regular training in the gym, Dimitri organized a rope-climbing club over the cliffs in North Bondi, which is one of the key features of this documentary. The main emphasis of this film is on this unique way of training outdoors that includes climbing the rope up and down without using ones feet.
