CANADA BIKE TOUR COAST TO COAST Tony Bellan 40 years old was born in Brazil. He has been living in Toronto, Canada for 23 years. He is a former elite athlete and an Independent filmmaker. He is married and has three children. Maciel Bettega is a computer consultant and resides in his hometown, São Paulo, Brazil. The idea of biking across Canada first came to them during a hike on the mountains near their hometown. Why by bicycle? Bettega answers: "I think the best way to see a country, to meet its people, view its geography, architecture etc., is by bike. Only by bicycle we are able to take in all the sights and sounds of the country."
