See this TripWow and more at tripwow.tripadvisor.com Scratch that...the Rhine Valley is my favorite Derek and I got up very early this morning, at 6 am, so that we could catch trains to our respective destinations. Derek had to catch the 7:06 am train to make sure he got to Nuremberg in plenty of time to get to the airport before his 11:50 am flight. I could actually leave on the same train but take a different connection up through the Rhine Valley. So we were on the same train out of Rothenberg for about 15 minutes. My connecting train was supposed to leave before Derek's, but it ended up being late. So Derek had to go over and get on his train, which was waiting on the track. His train must have been waiting on mine to leave, because his train was still sitting there when my train finally showed upand left 10 minutes late. We managed to catch a glimpse of each other and wave goodbye as the trains passed. And then I was on my own again. And I almost immediately made the biggest boo-boo of my trip. I was actually going to make 4 different transfers in order to get up to the Rhine Valley, and mynext one was in the town of Wurzburg. So when we were almost there I heard an announcement in German that I assumed was next stop Wurzburg (because I heard blah blah blah Wurzburg blah blah blah). So I got ready to get off the train, and we quickly stopped at a small station. I saw...
