The Day of Arafah and Its Importance

This day brings a lot more sense to the people and teaches the essentials of life. Life is a journey that sometimes demands lots of courage and more of the willingness to get things done in a right way. It all has to be led by some sets of rules and regulations. This specific day comes with all of the instructions of life. This day is the reflection of the day of judgment, the only difference is that you still have a chance to seek forgiveness but on the final day there will be results only.

The Significance of the Day of Arafah

For the pilgrims, it is the day when they cry their hearts out trying to get the affection of Allah. Pilgrims are supposed to spend the night at the plains of Arafah and try to be among the most beloved of God. Other than pilgrims, they need to know the significance of fasting on the day. This importance is defined by the by the Hadith mentioned below:

“Fasting on the Day of Arafah expiates the sins of the past year and the coming year.” (Muslim)

That is the day when everyone gathers on the plains of Arafah and make supplements for the expeditions of their sins. The Allah Almighty has promised to wipe away all the sins from the life of one who has cried out at least for once.

“The Best of Du’a Is Dua On the Day of Arafah.” (Narrated by At-Tirmidhi)

It clearly shows that the Allah Almighty has given you the chance to seek forgiveness and it is promised by him. This is the best day when people can always pay little more attention to their Lord and spend rest of the life making it better according to the instructions of life.

Muslims who really want to be closed and loved by the Allah (SWT). Choose your Hajj packages now and plan a journey. There is not much time to delay the spiritual journey you have been wishing for so many years. There is never a right time, it is always now. However, just take out the time and be the one to surrender yourself in front of the creator and master of the universe.
